Guess who’s coming to North Scottsdale?!? I am SO EXCITED to share the news📰🚨For the rest of the month of May, I will be popping up outside of brand new Brewery in North Scottsdale Three days per week beginning next week 5/14 for Taco Tuesday!!! 🌮🥳 🍻

Bringing you my signature dishes and some NEW ones to you but old & like home to me. Highlighting my Mexican heritage through my family’s traditional recipes from our roots in Tijuana, Michoacan, Jalisco, Sinaloa and the influences of my own San Diego border town upbringing. The flavors I call comfort food for the soul. ❤️

Always scratch made, using simple ingredients, adding lots of LOVE to the process, resulting in an Explosion of Flavor in your mouth! 🔥

What a week! ✨🙌

From working behind the scenes at one of the biggest events of the year, to curating an upscale menu for a private exclusive event, to a bad ass food collaboration, then ending the week debuting a new soul-warming comfort food item at my weekly exclusive pop-up (sold me out again! 🙏) What a week indeed!

Only halfway through the month of April and there’s still so much more to come.

Thank You to each and every one of you who continue to support my business. Thank you for hiring me for your events and trusting me to work my magic through my dishes. Thank you to those who show up week after week to Saturday Pop Ups and sell me out 🫶.

Hello April ✨ It’s GIVEAWAY time! Not an April Fools joke 😊

I am giving away 2 tickets ($300 value) to attend the 18th Annual Vicinity Fundraiser happening this Friday April 5th, at the Arizona Heritage Center. A fun night filled with good food (my tamales are on the menu 🔥) drinks, dancing, silent auction all for a good cause. (See rules for participating at end of caption).

A big part of my vision for Dish is Da Bomb has always been about giving back to those in need and becoming a resource for my community, especially when it comes to food and shelter. Last year I was introduced to a local non profit organization who shared their mission and purpose and I immediately knew in my heart I wanted to help in any way I could. I had the privilege of participating as a food sponsor last April for their annual Vicinity fundraising event. Raising funds to help give back through various programs helping address basic needs like food, clothing, and shelter to those needing a helping hand.

Later, I had the pleasure of meeting some of the recipients of I Shelter program and providing a comforting tamale meal to individuals who worked hard, most employed, but still did not make enough to be able to afford a warm meal, a shower, or a bed. Being homeless does not always mean being jobless or irresponsible. Life is hard and circumstances can change for anyone in a split second…I’ve been there.

58 years ago, two women saw a need in Tempe and started “Operation Grassroots” today, TCAA is Tempe’s largest social services agency serving over 30,000 adults and children in the community.
