I was experimenting with the crust tonight. Two layers of smoked provolone cheese with a layer of pepperoni between : )

Inside is a double layer or spinach ravioli and a single layer of pepperoni and meatball. Mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta.

Neighbors, who are moving, approve : )

This creation was a custom order last night. Everyone seems to be loving the ravioli!

I'll be testing another pizza oven tonight and will (hopefully) post the results this evening : )

When a 10 yr old wants something "cool" for his Birthday dinner and is into volcanos....you make this : )

Classic spaghetti and meatballs with 5 cheeses and a new freschetta sauce...."exploding" through the crust.

Shopping is done and here is today's menu!

~ Spaghetti and meatballs
~ Chicken fettuccine alfredo
~ Spinach ravioli
~ Baked ziti and meatballs
~ Italian sausage stuffed ravioli
~ Chicken parmesan

Each regular size calzone feeds 2 adults. A donation of $12 for standard crust/ $15 for extra filling piled on top is greatly appreciated : )

Please text 732-322-8739 by 4pm and allow me 1hr to create your calzone.

Pickup only near Stapley and Main in Mesa.

I hope everyone is having an awesome weekend! It's pasta week and here's the calzones available tomorrow:

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Ravioli (Plain or spinach)

Tortellini (type pending)

And sticking with the "Italian", I'm adding my personal second-favorite.....Chicken Parmesan!

Anyone cook tonight? I made this for myself. Ravioli stuffed with Italian sausage. More sausage. Pepperoni. Ricotta, mozzarella, pecorrino,provolone and parmesan cheese. Fresh basil and Italian herbs : )

It's my birthday week, so I won't be cooking this weekend . Sorry : (

I'll be back the following weekend : )

Hi all,
