When I decided to take a break for the summer, I let all my permits and licenses expire. I had a catering permit, which expired in June. I just applied for my Cottage Food Certificate so I can start producing at home. It's a new chapter.

What's next for Holly Chaffle?

My time at the Local First Arizona community kitchen has come to an end, as I cycle out of their food entrepreneurship program.

So much gratitude to LFA for all of the support and resources. I came into this program with an idea and a lifelong dream to open a food booth, and they helped make it happen.

However, at this time I cannot justify moving into another commercial kitchen space. At least not for the summer. The end of last season was pretty rough for me, and I need a little time to rest and reinvigorate myself.

So, a bit of a break, and then I'll be getting setup at home with a Cottage Food License and working to build my sales online locally.

However, it is still my dream to see my chaffles on the menu in local restaurants, so I'm still looking to build those B2B relationships. Ultimately, I would love to find a restaurant that wants to have Holly Chaffles as an option for their gluten-free and low-carb diners, where I could share space in their kitchen for production. I'm actively seeking such an opportunity.

For now, I hope everyone has a prosperous summer. I'll see you all soon!

I need some recommendations for machine repair near Mesa, AZ.

My cheese shredder took a fall backwards and hit pretty hard (it weighs 60 lbs). Outwardly, there is only a dent and a loose bottom plate, but it will no longer power on.

Please help!

I have device protection on it, so Vevor is offering to offset the cost of the repair. I just need to get this fixed ASAP

Getting high on my own supply 🤣

Sitting here hungry at a market, and it's just me and a hot dog vendor with hot food. Nothing against hot dogs 🌭 but a BLC (Bacon, Lettuce, Chaffle sandwich) on Cheddar Jalapeño chaffles is more my cup of tea.
