A proposed land-use change at Hawes Crossing could turn approximately 73 acres into residential development, potentially bringing more housing opportunities to the growing community. The proposal is part of a larger 103-acre General Plan amendment for Village 7 and is now moving through the City of Mesa’s review process.

A proposal has been submitted for The Rush Funplex near Ellsworth Rd & Warner Rd, bringing the possibility of bowling, go-karts, arcade games, bumper cars, climbing walls, party spaces, dining, and more—all under one roof! While it's still in the early review stages, it's an exciting project that could add a major new family entertainment destination to the area.
