Lent is a special time for a lot of people, and dishes like Malarabia are a big part of that tradition in Peruvian cuisine.

Thank you Monica for stopping by IncaMex and choosing to have your Lent meal with us. It truly means a lot to me and my family when our community comes in and supports our small business.

Monica came in for one of her personal favorites — Malarabia, a traditional Peruvian Lent dish made with fish, plantains, rice, and a flavorful sauce that brings everything together. It’s one of those meals that reminds people of home and tradition.

Moments like this are why we love what we do — bringing people together through authentic Peruvian food here in Mesa, Arizona.
