Our farm is a little bit quieter and a lot less bright this morning.

Yesterday we lost our sweet Cordelia.

We don’t know what happened other than her little imperfect body had lived as long as it possibly could. We loved her and all her quirky ways so much and we are all heartbroken.

She had many health issues and we knew she probably wouldn’t live a long life, but it still hurts. This is just always the hardest part of having animals and loving them…

Thanks for all the memories my sweet Cordelia ❤️

We still take it day by day and are still trying to figure out the best ways to help her thrive, but man is she a spoiled princess.

I am completely blown away, and very humbled by the amount of new followers and views this page has gotten across platforms. You guys are amazing! Thank you for letting me share my little farm with you all ❤️

For those of you who are new, hello! My name is Jasmine. I’m a mom to three girls and wife to the best man I’ve ever known.

We live in Southen Arizona and are trying to live out our little farming dream while dealing with all the curve balls God has thrown us. (I hope we are getting a bit better at catching those now 😅)

Some of those unexpected surprises we have had over the years include becoming special needs/medically complex parents to our now 8 year old, making the choice to go gluten free at home to support our youngest daughter with celiac disease, and when school was not quite meeting the needs of our girls, we made the decision to homeschool.

I never pictured my life quite like this, but it’s beautiful and wonderful and hard all at once.

Today we did manage to collect the eggs because we were outside all day cleaning the goat pens and it seems to have kept the egg thief at bay…
