Our Tomato season is winding down. We still have plenty and they are full of flavor! Expect them to be done in the next couple of weeks.

Reminder: We do not bring in tomatoes in the off season! Be sure to stop by, grab some to eat fresh and some to freeze for later!

There are no rules on how you eat our side salads once you get them home. We love to eat them as is, but many also make great additions to other meals and can help boost flavor and nutrition without extra work on your part.

For example, a lot of the slaws and quinoa salads I like to add to our green dinner salads. And this week’s lentil salad makes an excellent dip for chips, and we also added it to pasta with a bag of chopped Super Mix (one of our Favorite greens to grow and use!)

Let us help you think Outside the Box and make meal-prep easier! New varieties of side salads are available every week! This helps you increase your fruit/veg/grain variety intake and also allows us to have lower food waste of farm product. Eat healthy, support local. Win/win!

We’ve been asked a lot for Fire C***r ingredients this season and this week we have them all! Onions, Garlic, Horseradish, Ginger, Turmeric, Peppers, Lemons, Oranges…

We also harvested a bunch of greens this week and are stock up on Spring Mix, Spinach, and baby Kale Blend.
