We know we’ve been a little MIA lately — thank you for sticking with us! We’ve been busy expanding Thistledown Farm for year-round growing, and while there have been a few bumps, we’re almost there. We miss seeing all your smiling faces and can’t wait to be back at market in August! 🍄

🎉 Exciting News! 🎉

Big things are happening at Thistledown Farm! After three amazing seasons at local farmers’ markets, we’re expanding to year-round gourmet mushroom production! 🍄✨

That means more fresh, locally-grown oyster, shiitake, lion’s mane, and other specialty mushrooms—available when you need them!

We’re also exploring a monthly mushroom subscription for our biggest fans! Would you be interested? Vote in the poll in our story and let us know! 💬
