Lamb meat available! We have 3 left. (These are technically hoggets as they are just over a year old.) They are a slow-growing breed and are very tasty and tender. We sell whole or half, and take them to a butcher in Twisp who cuts them to your specifications. These lambs will be around 50-60 lbs hanging weight. Price is $5.25/lb, plus a $50 harvest fee. the butcher charges $80 for cut and wrap. Please PM me if interested, or text at 509-4four9-6eight9eight.

We are really excited to announce that we will be using a new custom butcher who is setting up shop in Twisp! Dusty and Nina are opening up their new shop, Mill Hill Custom Meats soon. The sign is up and the workers were getting the finishing touches on when we went by last week. It’s a wrap for the 2023 lambing season! Finis held out to the very end and had her triplets early this morning. Total count is 20 lambs out of 10 ewes. 13 males, 7 females. It will be nice to sleep through the night 💤
