Hi all my Facebook followers, friends, and family.

📣A real treat today from Kerry's Katering at Derry Homegrown Farm & Artisan Market. Today 3pm to 7pm.

As you all know our specialty is Mediterranean cuisine and desserts.

BUT today at the Derry Farmers Market I will be serving up something I haven't made for 14 yrs!

📣Korean Bulgogi

As some of you might know I worked for Hanscom Air Force Base for many yrs. I managed a busy diner on base for the MWR (moral, welfare, recreation) portion of the air force.

I managed many Asian ladies and they taught me their specialties from their homelands. (Even learn Korean and Vietnamese because of them)!

So today I honor the knowledge and cooking experiences they taught me (even though we didn't always get along)

AND want to extend that to my awesome customers.

Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it after all these yrs.!

As always I will be serving our usual Mediterranean cuisine as well. Spinach Pies varieties etc.

Got my Derry NH food license today. Those of you that missed the Derry Farmers Market missed a great event as usual BUT there is always next Wednesday 3pm to 7pm. Stop by for a relaxing time listening to live music, shopping the many vendors, check out the farm fresh vegetables and delicious food made to order by Kerry's Katering. 😊🇦🇲🎉❤️
