Every year Food Lion has the opportunity to recognize 1 Employee who stands out in the retail workforce, and exemplifies our Count on Me Culture, as well as demonstrates outstanding work ethic and loves what they do from day to day.
🤩This year's Winner for Metter Food Lion is Ms. Patty!!!🤩
Patty goes above and beyond everyday! She is ALWAYS dependable and helps out wherever and whenever she can. She believes in team work and making things easier for her fellow associates as well as our customers. She is multi faceted when it comes to working different positions at Food Lion. Patty is also very involved when it comes to community outreach and she volunteers every chance she gets.
