Day three of first cutting went well. First three fields are done and the bales are wrapped. The fourth field was dropped and will be ready to bale tomorrow.

Got the first hay of the year bailed up and wrapped to make balage, and got the next field knocked down. Was a very productive day. Having a great start to the season so far!

Finally out disking up some fields this afternoon with the 4850 that was able to make its way out of the shop last week for the first time in quite a while. And it’s pulling the disk like a champ. We are excited to have it ready for the hay season and to get some new seeding done.

To answer the question in my last post, unfortunately no it is back in the shop for a little while longer getting a new front wheel seal. Once that is done it should be good to put some hay down next month!
