Great day at the Missouri State Fair Open Tunis Show on Tuesday! Champion Ram (Stumpe 989-OR, 1st Place Spring), Reserve Champion Ram (Stumpe 971-OR, 1st Place Yearling), Reserve Champion Ewe (S&T 2350, 1st Place Spring), 1st Place Flock, and Premier Tunis Exhibitor!

Thanks to Kate Lambert for helping us show descendants of Uptown 1012 through her daughter Stumpe 492-OR. 6 of the 13 head shown by Stumpe Farms and Jesse Calhoun (the next generation) have these ewes in their pedigrees including the Champion and Reserve Rams.

Stud Buck looking for a new home!

Picture and pedigree for Stumpe 917-OR. He’s 3 years old and we’ve used him the last few years for breeding. We are retaining daughters out of him so that is why we are offering him up for sale. He is RR.

His dam, Stumpe 603-OR, was in our show flock and she was the Reserve Champion Ewe at the 2018 IL State Fair Open Show as a yearling. She was also 2nd place February Ewe Lamb in the NAILE Jr Show in 2017.

Pictured is Stumpe 971-OR, our home raised January ram lamb that was 1st in class at the MO & IL State Fairs! He was also chosen as the Grand Champion Tunis Ram at the MO State Fair! We are excited to watch him grow!

A few other highlights:
•MO State Fair:
1st Yearling Ram, 2nd & 4th Yearling Ewes, 2nd & 3rd Slick Sheared Yearling Ewes, 1st & 3rd Fall Ewes Lambs, 2nd Spring Ewe Lamb, 1st Flock, Premier Exhibitor!
•IL State Fair:
4th in both Yearling Ewe classes, 2nd & 4th Fall Ewe Lambs, 1st January Ewe Lamb
