1915 Farm Our farm is located in between Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Houston and a few hours south of Dallas and Fort Worth.

We raise and deliver grass fed beef, pasture raised heritage pork and pasture raised free range chicken humanely through our home delivery program in Texas and across the United States directly from our small local farm.

Hey friends!

We are looking to bring another whole animal butcher on board at our shop, The 1915 Meatery. We are looking for someone with two years experience breaking down beef and pork, but are also willing to train the right person. Housing assistance is also a possibility for the right candidate.
