✨ SACRED SOUND & MOVEMENT ✨
Saturday, October 10 | 6:00–8:30 PM | Miami
FREE EVENT
Join us for an immersive evening exploring the transformative power of breath, movement, music and sound. 🌈🙏✨
We’ll begin by awakening the body through breathwork, visualization & physical guidance then move into an Ecstatic Dance journey with live DJ, live flute and saxophone, allowing rhythm and free movement to guide us into connection, expression and joy.
We’ll close by dropping into stillness and receiving the vibrations of gong, quartz crystal bowls, and other sound-healing instruments. 🎶🌀
💎 Special gift: Each participant will receive a crystal gemstone to take home as a reminder of the experience.
