From April 30th – May 3rd, we’ll be at the Formula One Fan Festival at Wynwood Marketplace serving premium Wagyu straight off the truck while the city turns ALL the way up for race week.

One year of GYU 🥩🎉🙏🏼

It’s honestly hard to put into words what this year has meant to us. What started as a simple love for steaks, for cooking, for grilling… turned into something so much bigger than we ever imagined. Something that brings people together, just like we always believed it could.

In just one year, we’ve experienced more growth, more support, and more unforgettable moments than we could have ever planned for. And the truth, none of it happens without YOU.

Whether you’ve placed an order, pulled up to the farmers market to show love, grabbed sliders from the truck, bought a cut of steak, shared our page, or even just told a friend about us… every single bit of support — big or small — has meant everything. We see it, we feel it, and we’re beyond grateful for it.

GYU has always been built on love. From day one, it’s been a family business — late nights, early mornings, figuring things out as we go, taking risks, and trusting the process. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been the most rewarding and fulfilling journey we could’ve ever taken.
