Still thinking about Sandoches. Always.
Today is Sandoches' anniversary, and it feels like the perfect time to say that even though we’ve been quiet, we’ve been missing this every single day.
It’s been a little while since our last pop-up, but the dream of making Sandoches, feeding people we love, and having you around the table is still alive.
We’ll be back! Maybe with more pop-ups, maybe with our own little ventanita someday… who knows?🤞🏼
All we know is that we’re not giving up on this dream. Because there’s nothing like a Chicken or Brisket Katsu 😮💨.
So stick around, don’t go anywhere, and keep craving Sandoches with us. (Créelo, sometimes we are deciding what to eat and “ay un sandochito de pollo y papitas” it’s the first thing that pops into our mind”😅).
