Hello! I want to share three easy tips to read a nutritional label. Please take in mind this is my point of view, I don't follow a diet, I just want to live a healthy and balanced life.⁠⠀

#1 - read your ingredients, they should be easy to understand, non artificial and natural. ⁠⠀
#2 - take a look to total sugars, just make sure to eat what you are looking for, make that be a dessert or a healthy meal. Don't fool yourself. ⁠⠀
#3 - count more nutrients, and less calories. In the long run you will se low nutrient foods will not offer you a balanced life.⁠⠀
