Cook's Processing is a state inspected, HACCP compliant meat processing facility just south of Miami, OK, it was built by Melvin Cook in 1985, it is still owned and operated by he and his son, Kojak Cook, being a state inspected plant, that allows the customer to have their beef, hog or buffalo butchered here and legally sell it to others. We also offer a variety of snack sticks, summer sausage an
d jerky, all made right here, we have each for sale, or all can be made out of your beef, buffalo or deer.
