Life has been busy in the best way for If And When Eats, and we’re loving every minute of it. Here’s what our weekly flow looks like lately:

Wednesdays → We’re popping up at different apartment communities each week, bringing the full flavor straight to your doorstep.
Thursdays → Catch us at Pembroke Lakes Mall, 4–9 PM.
Fridays → We’re outside all over South Florida:
• Flagler Food In Motion — 1st & 3rd Fridays
• Tamarac Tasty Food Truck Friday - 2nd & 4th Fridays
• North Miami Food Truck Night — 2nd & 4th Fridays
Saturdays & Sundays → You already know… Smorgasburg Miami all weekend long.

And yes - we LOVE catering orders. Corporate lunches, birthdays, community events, private parties… send them our way. We’ll make it unforgettable.

🥖✨ Happy World Bread Day! Today we’re giving a warm, buttery shoutout to the Caribbean classic: COCO BREAD. Soft, slightly sweet, and ready to wrap up something delicious.

We’re in the lab (aka the food truck kitchen) doing some R&D to see how coco bread might star in new menu creations. Think handheld fusion, bold fillings, and flavors that tell a story.
