🌿 Herbs 101: Tips on Using Herbs to Enhance Wellness 🌿
Embark on a flavorful journey with Mother Nature’s treasure—herbs!
With their distinctive flavors to their natural healing properties, it’s no wonder these botanical treasures hold the key to elevating your health and wellness.
Spice up your life by incorporating herbs into your daily routine. Enjoy these tips:
💧Infused water: Place the herbs in a glass pitcher with water and allow it to infuse in your fridge. You can also put a few leaves in your water bottle to enjoy for the day.
🌱Tea: Use hot but not boiling water. Let the herb steep for at least a few minutes or longer. Strain the leaves and add honey, sugar or lemon juice. Enjoy the tea warm, and store the rest in your fridge for homemade iced tea.
☀️Sun Tea: Place the herbs in a large glass, pitcher or jar, and fill it with water. Place the container outside in the sun for a few hours and delightfully sip your solar-infused tea after an hour.
🌿Pesto: Most herbs taste great when blended with other greens, olive oil, garlic, and salt to make a delicious spread. Add cheese, tahini, nuts, and or seeds for a creamy and delicious result.
🥗Toppings: Chop your herbs really small and add them to pizza pasta salad, sandwiches, or soup.
