I can finally say I’ve completed my Expert Pastry Diploma at École Ducasse 🤍🇫🇷

After studying at Ferrandi Paris in 2024, continuing my pastry education at École Ducasse, and completing my internship in Paris at one of my favorite bakeries, this chapter feels officially complete.

So grateful for everything I’ve learned, everyone who guided me, and the craft that continues to shape me. None of this would be possible without God and my family 🙏🏻

Now it’s on to the next. 🥐✨
