This is Rachel. She’s turning 40 soon.
She’s got a heart the size of the moon 🌕 and a follow-up game so strong, even the most difficult prospects eventually say, “Okay FINE, let’s get on a call?”
It once took her several minutes to find cell S27 in a spreadsheet (IYKYK), but she can organize chaos like it’s her side hustle. 🤓
She’s a gold-medal aunt, friend, daughter, and wife — showing up with belly laughs, dance moves, and fierce loyalty.
And she’s a heck of a business partner. The absolute best kind.
The kind who could have easily walked away a few years back but stayed and powered through — with grit, grace, and oh-so-many giggles.
The kind I truly didn’t know existed.
The kind who gives meaning to entrepreneurship and made all the tears worth it.
She’s the dancing-in-the-kitchen co-founder of KRMA.
The systems queen. The color-coder and “ I have all the color pens for this “ . The one who never quits and always brings the good energy.
Her mantra is to leave lasting impressions — and boy, is she a natural at it. She’s a natural sunshine ☀️ and to know her is to love her 💗

We couldn’t imagine this wild, messy, magical ride without her.
She’s the yeast to our rise, the flake in our croissant, and the only person who can pull off this chair stunt and still close a vendor deal barefoot. Or in matching sneakers ;)
Let’s all wish Rachel a happy almost 40 — because if this is what 39 looks like… 40 better buckle up.
