⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ONE OF THE BEST MEALS EVER IN !!! Mind BLOWN with this Fried Tuna & Basil Roll at in Jupiter! I googled "lunch restaurant by me" while I was thrifting Indiantown Rd. last week, and Hibiscus popped up, I knew it would be solid when I saw that was attached to it. I asked the waitress about the Tuna Roll and she replied that it was one of their most popular menu items for the last 18 years! I was like, let's do it! I was unprepared for the perfection that was about to be served up. Had no idea I was going to receive the most beautiful pieces of tuna known to South Florida! With the crispy coating and sweet fruits and peppery vinaigrette, my tastebuds were working overtime trying to process all of the erfection happening ✨️✨️✨️ Magical 🙌🙌🙌

🍔 Eternally in search of killer burgers and beers, I hit up last week after a day of record crate digging at 🙌
Of course, I show up in the odd 4pm hour, with staff setting up for dinner, so it was nice and quiet. I met Flo, who was servicing the bar, and man, she really made the experience that much better 💓 Ordered a FRESH on tap, of course the keg kicks as shes pouring. Im like, oh mannnn, this is gonna be a problem. But it wasn't! Her co-worker quickly swapped out kegs, and less than 5 minutes later a real freshy FRESH was sitting before me🍺 I went with their signature PINCH Burger, 8oz custom burger blend, swiss cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, aioli, brioche bun & house-cut fries. BANGIN All Around! And those hand-cut fries were NOT sleeping there. Sooooo good! Wish we lived closer. Would love to work my way through that menu. Thank you, Flo & Staff 🫶
