A cactus ritual, rooted in place. 🌵

Crafted exclusively for The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba, the Cadushi Signature Serve is a reflection of the island’s desert character, made with fresh-pressed, locally foraged cadushi cactus, pineapple, cucumber, and raw honey. Served with your choice of Papiamento rum or guest-favorite tequila.

Each evening at sunset, a small shot of this blend is offered to guests in a handmade cactus-shaped cup, crafted by local ceramicist Rani Verde.

Sourcing wild botanicals and working closely with Aruban artisans, The Herball brings together local ingredients and subtle storytelling to create drinks with depth and a sense of place.

Rooted in the rich cultural heritage of Al Diriyah, our beverage programme a Hotel, is a tribute to the spirit of place. We crafted an integrated, non-alcoholic experience that weaves together botanical alchemy, specialty coffee, and storytelling.

Set within the restored mudbrick walls of a centuries-old gateway, Bab Samhan reflects the enduring elegance of traditional Najdi architecture. Our approach mirrors this architectural integrity—grounded, intentional, and deeply connected to craft. We collaborated with Saudi ceramicists, coffee roasters, and regional artisans to create a sensory journey where every detail—from the locally made vessels to the layered flavour compositions—echoes the textures, rhythms, and heritage of Diriyah.
