Our BOSS Brand Pasteurized Blue Swimming Crabmeat is produced under stringent HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and BRC (British Retail Consortium) regulations for safety and top quality assurance. We receive

our products into our company owned 24,000 square foot facility in Miami, Florida as well as into a large cold storage facility located in Los Angeles, California. From there, we distribute our products throughout all 50 United States, the Caribbean and Canada. All of our crabmeat products are made from fresh, steam cooked crabs which are then cooled and hand-picked for accurate and consistent grading. We offer BOSS Brand Fresh Blue Crabmeat from Venezuela; BOSS Brand Pasteurized Blue Crabmeat from Venezuela, BOSS Brand Blue Swimming Crabmeat from Southeast Asia and SUPREME Brand Red Swimming Crabmeat also from Southeast Asia. In addition, we offer the highest quality frozen fin fish products, produced to our high standard specifications in our partner plants all over the world. We offer , Sushi Grade Yellowfin Tuna Steaks, Saku Blocks and Loins, Red/Scarlet Snapper Fillets and Golden/Crimson Snapper Fillets, White Farm Raised Vannemei Shrimp from Venz, HLSO and HOSO.
