One of the things I love most about Fall is the comfort foods we make on chilly nights. I created this One Pan Crispy Chicken Thighs with Braised Cabbage, Chorizo, Mushrooms, and Peppers the other night and it hit all of the comfort notes with so much freakin' flavor!!!
