La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Greater Miami celebrates fine dining, w**e, hospitality, friendship, and culinary excellence with classic standards and Miami spirit.

The Chaîne is dedicated to bringing together those with a passion in cuisine, w**e, & fine dining in a spirit of camaraderie. The society has professional & amateur members in more than 70 countries worldwide. In the U.S., there are nearly 150 bailliages (chapters), each offering a variety of culinary activities to suit the interests of local members. Membership in the Chaîne is by invitation & extended to professional & amateur gastronomes. For professionals, it provides opportunities to demonstrate their exceptional skills & creativity to a discerning, appreciative audience.

Discover the cuisine of Chef Niven Patel, a Food & W**e Best New Chef honoree whose Ghee Dadeland location has earned MICHELIN Bib Gourmand recognition. His Indian heritage and the harvest of his Homestead farm inspire a menu full of character.

From Yellowfin Tuna Bhel and Samosa Chaat to Kerala Lamb and Sticky Date Cake with ginger ice cream, our twelve-dish dinner invites you to explore, share and find new favorites with three w**e pairings throughout the meal.

A warm welcome and a new chapter for La Chaîne Miami. 🥂

On September 19, members and friends gathered at Casadonna for our Bienvenue du Bailli, welcoming Rene Buroz as Bailli of Miami.

We were honored to be joined by Thierry Peyroux, Consul General of France in Miami, for this special celebration.

Thank you to everyone who shared the occasion with us. Your friendship and enthusiasm are what make our gatherings so memorable. We look forward to many more moments around the table, honoring La Chaîne’s traditions with the warmth and spirit of Miami.
