With such background as of my Danish grandmother and Italian mother, I was submerge in the kitchen since little. When being young, my weekends consisted staying over my grandmother’s house. Baking and cooking delicious cakes and desserts to later be at my mother’s house adding the final touches to all our creations to finally share with the family. Being in the kitchen meant you were good enough t

o feed the family – I have a big family. Cooking and baking isn’t the same if your heart isn’t in it. Being in my kitchen helps me escape and makes me feel like I have the power to satisfy any hunger. It’s silly but its the truth. When I cook and bake I pore my soul in it and I must say, when I do, I have created one of the best recipes. Anything from the heart can be seen.
