We celebrated Phillips’ First Communion—many congratulations to him and his family! For this occasion, the menu featured a taco buffet with two protein options: *tinga* chicken and garlic shrimp. The appetizers included sea bass ceviche, as well as mini *empanadas* filled with *ají de gallina* and beef. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed this family celebration and the delicious food.
