Guayabita Irlandesa – Irish Guayabita 🍀
A creamy, refreshing cocktail with tropical guava spirit and a hint of chocolate mint.
Ingredients
• 2 oz Guayavita del Pinar Seca (dry)
• 3 scoops chocolate mint gelato
• 1 oz milk (your favorite kind)
• Ice (optional, for a frostier texture)
Garnish
• Demerara sugar
• A pinch of cinnamon
• Fresh mint leaves or clove leaves
Preparation
1. Add the Guayavita del Pinar Seca, chocolate mint gelato, and milk into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a chilled cocktail or dessert glass.
4. Lightly sprinkle the rim or top with demerara sugar and a touch of cinnamon.
5. Garnish with fresh mint or clove leaves.
