After ten incredible years, I’ve made the tough decision to shut down my beloved Gringa Flan business. It’s been an incredible journey filled with love, laughs, delicious flans, and amazing customers who have supported me every step of the way.

When I started Gringa Flan a decade ago, I would have never imagined the joy it would bring into my life. And that joy came from all of you…my Gringa Flan fans. I have seen dancing, laughing, and unhinged treasured memories arise from people tasting the flan for the first time. Hearing that Gringa Flan reminds folks of their long-gone Abuela’s flan is such an amazing compliment - and I have been humbled to have listened to that sentiment over and over again.

This business went from one fantastic flan flavor to nearly 40! We’ve won awards and competitions and have been a community builder. I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved together. I want to thank every one of you who has supported Gringa Flan over the years. Whether you have been a fantastic Gringa Flan fan, a supportive friend, or a fellow entrepreneur, your encouragement and patronage have meant the world to me.

As much as I have loved running Gringa Flan, I have realized that it’s time for me to move on to new adventures and challenges. I have been struggling with this decision for some time. Gringa Flan is not just a business; it’s part of me.

With all that said, I’m very excited about what the future holds. My passion for creating joy, togetherness, and memories through cooking has stayed strong. It’s stronger than ever. Down the road, I’m looking forward to spreading the joy beyond Miami-Dade through a new venture—a Gringa Flan Teaching Course. This will allow us to continue creating togetherness, love, and memories through the art of flan-making at home!

I can’t wait to embark on this next adventure with you by my side. Thank you again for everything. Here’s to creating more memories, love, and flan in the future.
