Because when I started my mobile bar, I didn’t really have a system.

I would calculate everything manually and then decide what I thought I should charge.

Sometimes I made great money.
Sometimes I barely made anything.
And sometimes… I actually lost money.

I wasn’t pricing. I was guessing.
