Camille's Baked Goods Gourmet, organic and most importantly, delicious gluten-free baked goods. Unfortunately, I have an enormous sweet-tooth! Thus, Camille's Baked Goods was born.

After being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease, I realized that gluten was a trigger for me. On a quest to satisfy my sweet-tooth cravings, I sought out all of the gluten-free options currently on the market. I found that the products were sub-par for my taste buds. Camille's Baked Goods is different from our gluten-free competitors and here's the simplest reason why: they're chewy and tasty!
