Chasu Ramen: pork bone broth, seared chasu pork jowl, golden enoki mushroom, Tokyo turnip, crispy garlic and green onion 🍜

Mushroom and Sausage Agnolotti: House-made semolina pasta filled with ricotta and mushroom, tossed in a truffled lardo cream sauce with hen of the woods mushrooms and house-made whole hog Italian sausage 🍄

Blistered Shish*tos: Garwood shish*to peppers seared and tossed in plum sauce with hot honey, yuzu mayo and togarashi 🌶️

Butterchicken Wings: Wings tossed in a spiced, creamy Indian curry sauce 🍗

Porchetta style whole hog salami topped with poached eggs, truffle lardo hollandaise & pecorino bread crumb on a croissant. Served with hash browns.

Our BEALE THE BURN collaborative IPA w/blood orange & hibiscus is available in cans at the brewery for a limited time. She’ll make an appearance on draft soon too 😉
