🏆🍻 OFFICIAL CORNER TAVERN STATEMENT: WE HAVE RECOUNTED! 🍻🏆
Well, folks… after an extensive investigation, an official recount, and what we're pretty sure was some highly questionable drunk math, Corner Tavern is officially conceding defeat to THREE SHEETS in yesterdays bar Olympics! 😂👏
Apparently, our team should stick to what we do best: having a good time and supporting our community. Drunk mathematics is obviously not be our Olympic sport. 🤣🍻
Three Sheets, congratulations on the win! 🏆 You earned the bragging rights, and we're happy to pass you the trophy. We'll be over here practicing our counting skills before next year's competition. One b**r, two b**rs, three b**rs… wait, somebody start over. 😂
BUT HERE'S WHAT REALLY MATTERS! ❤️
We brought our local bars together, raised money, collected a TON of canned goods, and helped support the Boys & Girls Club!
And THAT is the real victory.
Those kids don't care who won a bar game. They care that our community showed up for them. They care that people donated, businesses participated, and a whole bunch of grown adults got together to do something good while occasionally forgetting how to behave in public. 😂❤️
A HUGE THANK YOU to every bar that participated, everyone who donated, and everyone who helped make this event a success!
Congratulations again to Three Sheets! No hard feelings, no grudges, just good sportsmanship and a whole lot of respect for everyone who came together for a great cause.
We might not be keeping the trophy, but we're damn proud of what our little community accomplished! ❤️🍻

Bar Olympics is this Saturday, October 10th starting at 12pm. If you haven't signed up, there is still time. Stop in at Corner Tavern, Knuckleheads, Local Option, Skwiat Post, Stadium Inn or Three Sheets to sign up! Also, if team members each bring in one unexpired canned good, you get an extra point. One can per person. Looking to a fun great day!!!
