Ever wonder how we move over 8 MILLION gallons of water without letting it go to waste? 💧🍒

Here's a look at one of the ways we flood our cranberry bogs while conserving both water and fuel!

We start by flooding our higher-elevation bogs, then let gravity do the work as the water flows downhill through a series of flumes. This helps us conserve fuel by reducing the amount of pumping needed.

Once we're finished harvesting, the water makes its way back to the pond, where it can be used again.

Conservation is a big part of cranberry farming. It's all about working with the land, making smart use of our resources, and making every gallon count!

🍁🍂 Another Glorious Day on the Bogs! 🍂🍁

Another bog completed, and we are feeling incredibly blessed! 🙏❤️

After last year's devastating drought left us unable to harvest, we were worried we might face the same situation again this year. With very little rain throughout the summer, things weren't looking promising.

But then October brought us a blessing — over 12 inches of much-needed rain! 🌧️🙏

Thanks to that rainfall, we've been able to have five bogs flooded at once this harvest season! What a difference a little help from Mother Nature can make!

We are beyond grateful to be harvesting again this year. Sometimes it's easy to take the little things for granted, but after last year, we know just how precious every drop of water truly is.
