Willie’s Farm Market has been bringing you the freshest locally grown produce since 1949. In fact, we grow most of our produce right on our own family farm in Lorain County! Many of our items are picked fresh daily – most notably our famous sweet corn. Come see us at our locations in Middleburg Heights and North Ridgeville from June through October! Be sure to savor our strawberries as our first c

And Farmer Willie said…LET THERE BE WHITE! 💡 🌽

Today, Sunday, August 30th we have another beautiful picking white Silver Queen corn! We also have plenty of bicolor. We are currently picking our final planting of white corn for the season…we can’t say for sure how long it will last so hurry in!

Other highlights today include: prune plums, green and yellow beans (available in bulk), eggplants (available in bulk), ALL the peppers (red, yellow, green, jalapeño, Hungarian sweet, semi hot, and hot), 4 varieties of apples, pears, honey rock melons, watermelons, and tomatoes!

Can you believe it’s the end of August already? We are at PEAK harvest for local produce.😍

Highlights this weekend include: PRUNE PLUMS! Almost every pepper you could ever want (green bell, red bell, yellow bell, sweet red and orange roasting peppers, Hungarian peppers in hot, semi hot, or sweet, and jalapeños)! We have Bartlett Pears and FOUR local apple varieties (Ginger Gold, Zestar, Honeycrisp, and Gala). We also have a SURPLUS of green and yellow beans as well as eggplants right now and can sell them in bulk! Time for freezing, canning, and ALL your favorite eggplant dishes!

Watermelons (red, yellow, seeded and seedless)
Peaches (while supplies last)

We’re in the presence of corn royalty! The Silver Queen is in attendance at our farm stand again today, Friday, August 28th! (Silver Queen is a variety of all white corn…super tender and sweet!)

Keep in mind we are currently in the process of picking our final field of white corn. Time is ticking. If you haven’t gotten any yet, be sure to hurry in! We cannot predict how long it will last. We hope to have it through the weekend at least…but the deer and raccoons apparently love our white corn as much as our customers do! 😫

We do still have bicolor corn for our bicolor fans and we expect to continue picking it through the end of September, if growing conditions cooperate.

Fresh in from the farm today, Thursday, August 27th! WHITE CORN! Bicolor corn too! Eggplants! Beets! Green beans! Yellow wax beans! Red and yellow seeded watermelons! Honey rocks! Sugar cube cantaloupes! Red and green bell peppers! Hungarian semi hot peppers (sweet and hot ones too)! Cucumbers! Tomatoes! Zucchini! Patty pan squash! It is ALL locally grown!!

We still have delicious local peaches. Be advised that the peach season is quickly wrapping up! Get ‘em while you can!

Many other items available as well. The best way to see it all is simply to pay us a visit! You are bound to find something that you’ll love! 😍

Wow! We have some of the most BEAUTIFUL (and tasty) local produce here in late August! The highlights include red haven peaches, our bicolor sweet corn (get a second dozen ON SALE, $3 off!!), honey rock melons, sweet red, orange, and yellow peppers, watermelons, and tomatoes…all LOCALLY GROWN! 😃

IT’S TOMATO TIME! We are now selling exclusively locally grown, northern Ohio tomatoes!! And they are unbelievably delicious! You have to try them to see what I mean!

We have Roma, round slicing, yellow, mixed heirloom varieties, green (for frying), grape, and heirloom cherry tomatoes available right now…enough variety to make every tomato lover happy!

We also have fresh dill for those who have been asking! 😃
