Kings BBQ Ryan King, is one of the most kind hearted men I know! and would give you the shirt of his back to help without a hesitation. Now it’s our time as a bbq family to give back.

But one thing that is consistent is Ryan King cares. He has done countless things for folks without them knowing or asking for anything in return.

He did not ask for his recent diagnosis nor did he ask for help in anyway. Because he doesn't do that. The BBQ world each learned of from Ryan one on one and then they wanted to all do something to help.

A donation link has been setup thru the Jimmy Jam Community Outreach website to raise money to cover the cost of his medication.

Offering a Hand Up not a Hand Out!

We had a great weekend with some great friends. We came out to Flamingo Lake RV Resort to cook in our 1st SCA steak Cookoff we did not cook steak but we competed in ribs & wings on Saturday. We had some really good boxes we turned in, Judges thought a little different. We came in 8th place wings out of 28 teams not bad. Ribs we came in 15th out of 28 teams. Overall had a great time for a good cause. Want to thank Mississippi Spice Company Sapp Sucker BBQ Company for great rubs & sauces that keep us going and turning in great flavor for the judges!

(PROUD DAD moment here, Garret competed in his first kids competition this weekend and he did awesome job! It was anything taco he did a Korean bbq street taco and he came in🥈place Almost had a perfect score of 204.5 his was 204.1 he was so excited but I was more excited because of the work he put in as a junior pit master he did everything him self other then firing up the Drum Smokers he ran that drum like a champion to cook his chicken.
