While the banquet may seem a long way off, many prizes are already in the works and we NEED your help! If all qualied riders could tag us in their favorite pix of the year we would greatly appreciate it! Below is the link for pre-registrations for Saturday, August 15 . WE WILL HAVE THE REGISTRATION TABLE SET UP ON SATURDAY MORNING!!!
A few important details:
***ENTRIES FOR THE FIRST 3 CLASSES WILL
CLOSE AT 9:45 AM!!!***
-We will be closing the link on Friday, August 14th at 12pm. We will NOT be accepting ANY pre-registrations after 12pm on Friday.
-If you do not pre-register, we WILL have the registration table open on Saturday morning!
-After you submit the form, you will receive a text stating your submission has been received (please allow 24 hours for the text message to be sent).
-You MUST go to the registration table to PAY for your registration, check in, AND provide a current Coggins for each horse present on Saturday. You will NOT be eligible to compete for the day until you have paid, checked in, AND provided a Coggins. (We did NOT keep coggins from last year, please plan on bringing a new copy!)
-If this is your first time at Just A Small Town Ranch, ALL riders MUST sign a waiver before they are eligible to compete on Saturday. Waivers can be found at the registration table on Saturday AM.
-If you are interested in exhibitions, we will be selling exhibitions at the registration table Saturday morning. You will NOT be able to purchase exhibitions thru the Pre-Registration link.

‼️‼️Newer update‼️‼️: Middleburg pickup shirts will be available for pickup at the event on Saturday. Please let the volunteer doing shirts know you ordered for Middleburg pickup so they look in the correct box!! The remaining orders will be brought back to our place.

Update on the Stetson Memorial t-shirts:
The shirts will not be ready for us to pick up until the event. Arrangements can be made for pick-up or they will be at our show the following weekend.

Thanks to the radar for being wrong about the stong storms coming our way during the show. Thanks for buying leftover fruit cup and mac&cheese! Thanks for great attitudes all day! Yall , this is soooo exciting! The first course is all wrote up! Now I just need to add videos and diagrams for yall! Plus I created a 30 day wellness challenge for you to complete afterwards!

I will also be making a few other things as add on items for those in the course and more!

I plan to create several courses and someday when we have an arena set up do in person classes too! Sound exciting?!

Be sure to keep an eye out for when the courses become available!!! You don’t want to miss out on these opportunities to hone your skills and better help your horse in between sessions!!!
