Hey guys! So here’s the thing… our photographers volunteer their time to come to the shows to capture AMAZING photos for all our competitors and we absolutely love having them! Especially watching the beautiful art they capture thru a lens and we would love for them to continue coming back this year. With that being said… PATIENCE is a virtue. All our volunteers (including those in and out of the arena) have full time jobs and responsibilities outside of the series and reaching out a day or two after the shows to ask when photos will be done, is honestly a bit much. Please be patient and let the dust settle in the arena BEFORE reaching out to our wonderful volunteers or they simply won’t return.

👉🏻PS- If you want your photos, that don’t have that super cool watermark, please reach out to Liz or Jen for prices (they do NOT charge near what they should, in my opinion)…👈🏻

📣📣Becky edit here, so pay attention! ALL those CUSTOM prizes we give out with pictures EVERY year? THEY DON'T CHARGE US FOR THE PICTURES!!! They are generous and kind and giving FOR YOU!! Be grateful. Be kind. Be patient! (And honestly it hasn't even been a week, so....) These ladies don't have to do this!📣📣

Who is excited for the 2nd show of the series?
Below is the link for pre-registrations for Saturday, May 15th. WE WILL HAVE THE REGISTRATION TABLE SET UP ON SATURDAY MORNING!!!
A few important details:
-We will be closing the link on Friday, May 15th at 12pm. We will NOT be accepting ANY pre-registrations after 12pm on Friday.
-If you do not pre-register, we WILL have the registration table open on Saturday morning!
-After you submit the form, you will receive a text stating your submission has been received (please allow 24 hours for the text message to be sent).
-You MUST go to the registration table to PAY for your registration, check in, AND provide a current Coggins for each horse present on Saturday. You will NOT be eligible to compete for the day until you have paid, checked in, AND provided a Coggins. (We did NOT keep coggins from last year, please plan on bringing a new copy!)
-If this is your first time at Just A Small Town Ranch, ALL riders MUST sign a waiver before they are eligible to compete on Saturday. Waivers can be found at the registration table on Saturday AM.
-If you are interested in exhibitions, we will be selling exhibitions at the registration table Saturday morning. You will NOT be able to purchase exhibitions thru the Pre-Registration link.

Printing Schedule is as FOLLOWS:
=Judging classes will be printed IMMEDIATELY AT 9:45 AM
=Keyhole will be printed at the CONCLUSION OF THE JUDGED CLASSES
=Pole Bending AND 50 Yard Dash will be printed at the CONCLUSION OF POLE EXHIBITIONS
=Barrel Racing will be printed at the CONCLUSION OF BARREL EXHIBITIONS
-A current Coggins MUST be provided for each horse brought to the facility and a physical copy must be submitted to JASTR to keep on file. We did NOT keep coggins from last year, please plan on submitting a new copy!
***We will NOT be accepting any digital copies. If you need a copy made, we will be charging $5 for EACH COPY! ***
-We will have a printed out copy of all rules and conduct regarding the events for contestants. The following rules pertain to ALL spectators or guests at the show!
# Alcohol is NOT permitted on premises! If there is evidence of alcohol, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises!
# Foul language is NOT permitted in or out of arena! We understand that things happen and sometimes do not go the way we desire but we ask that you are mindful of others and monitor language used! If we hear extensive language used, we reserve the right to ask parents, spectators, or competitors to leave.
# Any and ALL questions regarding placings for the day MUST be brought up before the end of the show! Any questions on calls MUST be brought to the judge BEFORE THE END OF THE CLASS.
We will once again have a copy available for viewing at the registration table on Saturday.
𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬:
-All riders MUST sign a waiver before entering the arena (these waivers will be valid for the year).
-All past dues/fees must be paid in cash in full before you are eligible to compete on Saturday.
-We ask that you are mindful and respectful of the facility. Please pick-up after yourself and horses when you leave.
