For six generations, Barber's Farm has been growing food in the heart of the Schoharie Valley.

Over the years, Capital Roots has purchased more than 244,000 pounds of locally grown produce from Barber's Farm. They've also generously donated crops to our Squash Hunger program and welcomed volunteers to glean their fields, ensuring even more fresh food reaches local families.

You can also enjoy Barber's Farm produce at the Good Food Market and on the Veggie Mobile®, bringing generations of farming directly to our community.
