Locally raised farm pigs

$2.50lb based on hang weight. This cost includes animal purchasing and basic cutting. Ham, bacon, and sausage are additional. All meat is vacuum sealed and cut to your specifications.

Estimated hang weights of 210-230lbs

$100 deposit per half is required to reserve

Nothing better than a smoked ham!

We make all of our hams in house, and they are smoked for 24 hours.

We take a lot of pride in our products, and treat each order as if it were our own.

Cut some really nice ribeyes today.

This beef was aged 17 days, and you could just about pull the steaks apart with your fingers.

If you would like a whole, half, or quarter of a beef. Now is the time to order for the summer grilling season. We have several beef scheduled from now through the first week of May.
