Well folks, it’s been a crazy start to this years season. The weather at first was super cold and hard to get sap, then I got hit by the flu and then the following week THE NOROVIRUS! But that didn’t stop me, we had a great weekend for sap collection with a whopping 70 gallons of sap!

While the weather will be beautiful this week, pray that it gets a little cooler so we can all enjoy more of Morning Maple syrup!
