We are finally catching up on our Beef List!
Let us know who needs a quarter half or whole, cut to your specs and vac-sealed! $5.99 per lb hanging weight includes processing. Typical beef carcass weighs 700-750 lbs and depending on your cuts you can plan to take home 65% of the hanging carcass weight! What does that mean? You get a whole beef, cut and packed how you’d like it (ground beef, stew meat, roasts, steaks, ribs, brisket, whatever you want or don’t want!) for just over $9 per lb average. If you only want ground beef check out our bundles! Otherwise this is the most economical way to stock up on beef cuts. Thanks for reading :)

Thank you to everyone who came out to the farm to pickup your orders on this blustery day! We definitely had to spend the day close to home, babysitting waterers and keeping the animals stoked with feed, so we really appreciate your willingness to help! We pray that after this weekend we will get a much needed reprieve from the subzero weather.

Our Story

Angela Bedient, owner and operator of Bedient Farms is dedicated to raising quality animals that will provide the public with a known, healthy food source. All of the beef sold at Bedient Farms is born and raised on OUR farms using absolutely no growth hormones or antibiotics.

Bedient Farms has now ventured into selling pork and chicken that are raised in the same NATURAL and free-range fashion.

All of the animals are on pasture as much as the weather allows! This means, when there is grass the cattle are grazing, when it's winter and mud and snow they are eating stored hay and corn silage. The hogs are pastured as much as possible in places where their chisel plowing is needed and the chickens are free-ranging! Coming in contact with us is simple. We are vendors at both the Canandaigua and Branchport farmers markets. In Canandaigua during the winter, the market takes place behind the Byrne Dairy from 10 AM to 11 AM. Another buying option is to come directly to the farm (by appointment). We are also flexible in scheduling deliveries.
