Special shout out to Heartland Craft Grains for their generous support of the Wisconsin Farm to Table dinner. The quiche was amazing and wouldn’t have been possible without your support! 🌾

This weekend, Evan and I had a special dinner date, the 12th Annual Wisconsin Farm to Table event held at Blue Star Dairy-Middleton. While my date showed up fashionably late due to combining, we also celebrated finishing our small grains harvest before Sunday’s rain! 🌾

What a perfect night hosted by Wisconsin Farm to Table and the Meinholz Family to connect with each other and our food!

We were honored to have our grains featured (in a quiche) on Chef Chanse’s menu with fellow farm friends!

Please help us wish one of our beautiful and hard working ladies a happy 12th, yes 12th birthday! Ms Bryer is a Jabir daughter born on 4/28/14 and is 39 days into her 10th lacation with 3 daughters still in the herd.

Hey, we know that view. Celebrating Earth day the only way we know how, taking care of our beautiful, happy, hardworking ladies!

Sustainability in the dairy industry starts with caring for the cows. When cows are comfortable, healthy, and well cared for, they produce nutritious milk more efficiently—and that’s better for the planet too. From clean, comfortable places to rest and preventative health care, prioritizing cow comfort supports animal welfare and reduces the environmental impact. Thanks to partners like Saputo Inc., members of the dairy team have access to housing solutions and lameness prevention tools to ensure a sustainable dairy industry.

Healthy cows. Healthy planet. 🌱🥛
