Congratulations to our Whisper Creek boarder Aryana Reyes (seen here with her coach Mary Rae Fuller and on board her new Oldenburg gelding Lui) for a successful BSJC Fall Finale show this past weekend! Aryana with her horses Lui and Raymond finished with many top ribbons. Special thanks to her coach Mary Rae for her guidance and her family for their support.

Meet our new farm mascot Milo (pictured here with Meggie)! He's 3-year-old Terrier mix dog we adopted this past week from the West Valley Animal Shelter in Caldwell. The smoky air may have slowed down our lesson and training program, but it did not crowd our joy.

The animal shelter had recently been overwhelmed with dogs and cats available for adoption, and with the loss of our 20-year-old beloved little dog Maddie last year, we felt it was a good time to welcome a new family member to our farm.

Milo came to the shelter as a stray, so we didn't know his history, but fortunately, so far, he has been settling in well and getting along well with our other dog Harlee and cautiously figuring out how to get along with our cats Alphonse and Tots.
