Good morning everyone, Do you know that in addition to the delicious and mellow taste? Sampanni dessert also have more meaning than that. Let's get to know Sampanni dessert, Khanom Sampanni (Sampanni dessert) or Sampani is a traditional Thai dessert ( Some people call candy some people call cookies) that is considered an auspicious dessert used in wedding ceremonies. In the past, it was believed that Khanom Sampanni had the meaning of Beloved. When you eat it. It melts in your mouth and you get to know the intensity and importance of love and care. Sampanni desserts are made from roasted tapioca flour and specially kneaded coconut milk and sugar. The texture of the dessert will melt in your mouth, sweet and fragrant with the scent of baking candle smoke. The dessert looks like a beautiful colorful flower. Currently, there are 2 recipes of Sampanni: Yummy crispy and Soft&smooth recipe that doesn't require baking, Sampanni desserts were once misunderstood as being the same type as "Alua" or "Arua" desserts, but they are actually not the same. They are different types of desserts. From the records found the name of the dessert. Both types are available together on dessert accounts at exhibitions ; Native Thai products from more than a hundred years ago (in the royal ceremony, Phra Nakhon Centennial Anniversary Celebration, 1882) 🥰🙏🏻
