Corn cookies are BACK! We had to file this recipe away for a bit to rework it when we moved from home bakery to commercial kitchen. Not everything scaled well in that transition and we didn’t want to sacrifice quality. We’re open today 9am to 5pm. We have rustic, focaccia, pumpernickel, rye and hearty oat on the rack with plenty of pastries to choose from.

I have been dreaming about pie all summer. Blueberry is my all time favorite, but when it’s peach season, this one just can’t be beat. Our friends over at Joseph Preli Farm delivered some fresh peaches and I HAD to make a sourdough discard flaky pie crust, to prove to myself it can be done and still be delicious. I present to you, peach hand pies.
