As the owner of Taco Bout Crab, I wanted to take a moment to address a few things I’ve noticed and speak directly to our customers.
First, please remember that we are a small business. We do not have everything figured out, and we never claim to be perfect. We are actively growing, learning, and improving every single day. This restaurant is still new, and with growth comes challenges, adjustments, and lessons.
One thing I can promise is that I listen to feedback. When issues are brought to my attention, I do my best to address them immediately. Your experience matters to me, and I truly appreciate those who take the time to provide constructive feedback.
I also understand that our restaurant and concept may not be for everyone and that’s okay. What I do want everyone to know is that our food is prepared fresh daily. We are not a restaurant that simply reheats food. Many of our menu items require hours of preparation to ensure quality and flavor. We take pride in serving food that is fresh and made with care.
If you are ever unsatisfied with your meal, please speak up. We would much rather have the opportunity to fix the issue than lose you as a customer forever. We can’t correct a problem if we don’t know about it.
I’d also like to address our Birria Tacos. Authentic birria tacos are grilled with oil and consommé, which means they naturally have a richer, oilier texture. If you know your stomach is sensitive to heavier or oily foods, this may not be the best menu choice for you. A quesadilla or another menu item may be a better fit for your taste and dietary needs.
We are also actively training new grill cooks. I know many of you tell me how much you love when I personally cook, and trust me, I appreciate that more than you know. However, I cannot be in the kitchen cooking every meal while also running and growing the business. My goal is to train a team that can consistently deliver the same quality and care that I put into every dish. We’re working hard every day to get there.
As we continue to grow, there may be occasional mishaps. I ask for a little grace and understanding as we learn and improve. If there is ever an issue, please don’t bash us online before giving us the opportunity to make it right. Send me a message, speak with management, or let a team member know. I will always do my best to correct the problem and earn your continued support.
