75 years ago my grandfather Russell P. Smith started his plumbing and water treatment business to service the Annapolis and Crownsville and surrounding areas of Maryland, he was a great master plumber whom took care of his customers as if they were family. Unfortunate health issues brought about his death in 1995 and the closing of RPS, Inc. Then After his passing I reopened as A. Joseph Jarrell W

ater Treatment And Plumbing, operating with the same honor, respect, loyalty, customer service, and commitment that my grandfather taught us. We are now and always will be operating in the same areas now to include the northern and western parts of the state as well as southern Maryland.

Did you know that even municipal (public) water still needs to be treated? Your public water supply is hard which means its loaded with calcium, usually a small amount of Iron, and loaded with nasty chemicals, like chlorine, chloramine, fluoride and other harmful chemicals. If you have public water you should bare minimum have a whole house activated carbon unit, to remove the chemicals. Give us a call to discuss your treatment options.
